Which wallet can I use?

You can use any mobile wallet or desktop browser extension wallet that supports Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Some of the most popular examples are Metamask (recommended), Trust Wallet (does not support testnets).

Can I test how everything is working?

Yes, just switch your wallet to Binance Smart Chain TESTNET and try everything for free. Get some free BNB for gas and expenses from any BNB test faucet (just google "bnb test faucet").

What happens if the owner does not finalize token sale in time?

Successful token sale is automatically finalized with the first token claim. Failed sale is automatically canceled and investors can get refunds.

What happens if a token sale is canceled?

All the tokens will be sent back to owner's wallet and investors will be able to claim refunds.

What is linear vesting?

Linear vesting lets investors slowly claim their tokens within a certain period of time. E.g. if 50% of tokens are unlocked on token sale finalization and 50% are vested within 10 days that means that an investor will be able to claim 50% of purchased tokens immediately after finalization and the other 50% will be slowly released within 10 days, and the released tokens can be claimed as often as needed.
Linear vesting prevents investors from mass selling all of their tokens immediately after token listing on PancakeSwap which often happens and may lead to a rapid price drop.

Who can access token sale functions? Who has admin rights over a token sale contract?

Only the creator of presale contract is the contract's owner and only owner has admin rights over token sale contract. We don't have any admin rights over token sale contracts, they are working completely automatically to make sure token sales run fairly and properly - if a token sale does not reach its goal it is canceled, if it is successful it is finalized automatically, if the owner does not cancel it. Smart contract guarantees that investors are able to claim their tokens in a successful token sale or get refunds in canceled / failed token sales. There is also an emergency withdrawal function for investors that need to get refunded urgently while token sale is still live.

Invest

I can not see my tokens in my wallet after I claimed them.

You can manually import tokens to your wallet using its contract address, metamask users can also do it in one click using a button near the token address on the token sale page. You can also follow your wallet's tutorial on how to add tokens.

I have invested in a token sale but changed my mind and want to get money back. Is it possible?

You can use Emergency withdrawal button on the token sale page and get your amount back minus 10% penalty until token sale end time - 10 mins. When less than 10 minutes remaining until the end emergency withdrawal is not possible. If token sale is not successful or canceled by owner you will also be able to get your amount back, minus 1% processing fee.

Can I invest if my wallet is not connected?

Yes. Just send BNB to the token sale contract address or use QR code to pay. Always check that the receiving address in your wallet is the same as the presale address shown on the website.

How can I upload my token logo?

If you don't have your own website you can use any free pictures upload service (e.g. PostImages). You need to use direct link to your logo - so that you can see you logo in the preview instead of default [?] logo.

Once I create a token sale, do I need to do anything else?

Yes, you need to supply tokens to the token sale contract otherwise token sale can't run. You can do it easily in the admin panel (just click on the token sale in your token sale list).

Do I need any funds to start a token sale?

Launching a token sale is completely FREE, but you do need some amount to cover gas fees (blockchain network fees that are not charged by us).

Once I create a token sale, can I change any parameters?

You can only edit description / logo / socials / links before start of the token sale. Once token sale has started, nothing can be edited though presale can be canceled.

Can I launch a token sale if liquidity for my token has already be added to PancakeSwap?

If liquidity has already been added to PancakeSwap, most probably Automatic Liquidity will fail, so in this case it is better to turn off Automatic Liquidity and add it later manually once presale is successful. If Automatic Liquidity fails, presale is automatically canceled to let investors get refunded and you get your tokens back.

How to create a token

1. Connect your wallet. You can use desktop browser extension or dapp browser of your mobile wallet. We recommend using Metamask. Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay the creation cost and gas.

2. Fill in the token creation form. Check that everything is correct.

3. Click Create button and confirm transaction in your wallet.

4. Once the transaction is confirmed, you can see your new token in My tokens list.

If you can't see your token in the list try to reload the page, make sure your wallet that you used to create the token is connected and you are using correct blockchain network.
